1. Eligibility for Returns

* Original packaging, tags, labels, and proof of purchase must be intact

* Returns or exchanges are accepted if the item is unused and in original condition
* Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, or damage will not be accepted

*Toys*
* Toys must be unused and returned in original packaging
* Electronic or battery-operated toys must be unopened and unaltered
* Damaged or used toys are non-returnable
*Cosmetics & Personal Care Products
* Due to hygiene and safety reasons, **opened or used cosmetics are non-returnable**
* Returns are accepted only if:
* The product is damaged
* You received the wrong item
* The product is expired at the time of delivery
*Food & Edibles*
* Food items are **non-returnable and non-refundable**
* Refunds will be provided only if:
* The product is damaged during transit
* An incorrect item is delivered
* The item is expired upon delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
* Used or washed apparels
* Opened cosmetics or skincare products
* Perishable food items
* Items purchased during sale or clearance (unless damaged or defective)
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
* Contact us within **48 hours of delivery**
* Share clear photos or videos of the item and packaging
* Once verified, we will arrange a **replacement or refund**
5. Refund Process
* Approved refunds will be processed within **7–10 business days**
* Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
* Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
